ريف دير الزور الغربي|| المنطقة المنكوبة
لم يكد يهدء القصف العنيف الذي تشهده محافظة دير الزور عموماً منذ أشهر، فمن تصعيد لآخر من قبل الطيران في الجو وعناصر داعش برّاً وسط موجة نزوح جماعي للأهالي ترتفع وتيرته تناسباً مع مايتعرضون له من مجازر وانتهاكات، وشهد ريف دير الزور الغربي “شامية” في قرى وبلدات الشميطية وزغير والخريطة ومحيطها تصعيداً غير مسبوق من قبل الطيران الروسي الذي يمهّد لقوات النظام وميليشياته مع اقترابهم من جهة بادية السخنة باتجاه مدينة دير الزور حيث قصف بالقنابل العنقودية وقنابل الفوسفور المحرمة بأكثر من خمسين غارة خلال أقل من 48ساعة تلك المناطق مخلّفاً عشرات الضحايا من المدنيين بين قتيل وجريح إضافة لدمار أكثر من 30منزلاً مدنياً، وجاء القصف في أول يومين من عيد الأضحى المبارك دون مراعاة لحرمة أو استنكار دولي حتى، فبدا المجتمع الدولي وكأنما يشرع استهداف الأهالي الذين تسيطر على مناطقهم داعش قسراً.
وفي ظل التصعيد وتضارب وتلاقي المصالح الدولية المتبدلة على قدر السياسة البغضاء وعلى الرغم من تقهقر تنظيم داعش وارتباك صفوفه لاسيما مؤخراً بعد عقده صفقة نقل مقاتلين له من الحدود اللبنانية باتجاه البوكمال والتي لم تكن مخفيّة كما سابقاتها بل علناً دون خجل، بات المدني سلعة رخيصة بالنسبة لأطراف النزاع على عكس ماكان يروّج له سابقاً بذرائع نصرتهم وإنهاء معاناتهم حيث بان زور ماتدعيه تلك الأطراف، ووحدهم أبناء المحافظة المنكوبة يدركون ذلك.
