وجهاء البوكمال يفاوضون تنظيم الدولة لنقض حكم النفي لـ 12 من أبناء مدينتهم
أصدرت محكمة تنظيم الدولة في مدينة البوكمال حكماً قضائياً بالنفي لـ(12) شخصاً من أبناء مدينة البوكمال بتهمة الإنتماء السابق للجيش الحر ومساعدتهم وهم:
– صحبي المحاوي
– فوزي المحاوي
– مهند دعاس المحاوي
– ابراهيم راكع الخضير
– عبيدة راكع الخضير
– صديق راكع الخضير
– عرفات الدليمي
– سامر الأشعب
– أحمد صالح اللطيف
– عماد علي اللطيف
– حمدان علي اللطيف
– أحمد فخري الظاهر
وتم الزام أغلبهم بالنفي إلى مدينة الموصل العراقية وشخصان منهم إلى مدينة معدان بريف الرقة.
وأشار مصدر خاص للشرقية24 بأن التنظيم لم يستكمل الأدلة الكافية على المنفيين لإنزال عقوبة القتل بهم كما يفعل بمن يملك نفس التهمة عادة.
على أثر ذلك تدور الآن مفاوضات بين لجنة من 17 شخص من وجهاء مدينة البوكمال أبرزهم: – د.اسامة الحامد – د.هاشم الجليد وعيفان السلمان. انتدبهم أبناء المدينة المحكوم عليهم بالنفي لمحاولة اقناع قضاة التنظيم بالعودة عن قرار النفي.
ونذكر هنا بأن هذا الحكم يُطبق لأول مرة في مدينة البوكمال وسبق أن طُبق في مدينة الرقة ومدينة الميادين.

Most of them were forced to flee to the Iraqi city of Mosul and two to Madan city in rural Rigga.
A special source for Sharqiyah 24 noted that the organization did not complete enough evidence for the exiles to impute the death penalty on them, as it usually does for those with the same charge.
As a result, negotiations are underway between a committee of 17 people from the city of Albuqamal, most notably: Dr. Osama Al-Hamed, Dr. Hashim Al-Ice and Aifan Al-Salman. The residents of the city were sent to exile in an attempt to persuade the organization’s judges to return from the decision of exile.
It should be stated here that this provision is applied for the first time in the city of Albuqamal and has already been applied in the city of Raqqa and Medina.
