ثمانون ألف مدني محاصر داخل أحياء الرقة التي يُعاد فيها سيناريو الموصل

بعد إعلان التحالف الدولي بتاريخ السادس من يونيو حزيران الحالي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بدء عمليتهم بدعم ميليشيا قسد للسيطرة على مدينة الرقة وإنتزاعها من داعش التي أعلنها سابقاً عاصمة لدولته المزعومة ومع دخول القوات المهاجمة لأحياء وسط المدينة لاتزال المئات من العوائل عالقة وسط الإشتباكات وتحت قصف طيران التحالف الذي لايميز غالباً بين مدني أو مسلّح دون وجود أي ممر آمن للأهالي بذريعة إمكانية تسلل لعناصر لداعش بينهم.

ويبلغ تعداد الأهالي قرابة 80 الفاً ممن تبقى من السكان يتجمعون في مركز المدينة، في ملاجئ وبيوت أرضية علّها تحميهم من وطأة القصف العشوائي من قذائف مدفعية وصاروخية باتت مصدر خوف وقلق للمدنيين حيث بلغ معدل القذائف على الاحياء داخل المدينة لأكثر من 80 قذيفة في اليوم الواحد إضافة لقصف طيران التحالف الذي لم يستثني بشراً أو حجر، وخلال مايزيد عن العشر أيام الماضية دَمرت اكثر من 10 مدارس و 5 جوامع ومبنى الهندسة المدنية وبنك التسليف الشعبي وبنك بيمو ومبنى البنك المركزي ومشفى الرسالة ومشفى السلام ومبنى المحكمة العسكرية سابقا إضافة لإرتكاب عدد من المجازر التي راح ضحيتها العشرات من المدنيين.

وعلى الرغم من تقدم القوات المهاجمة وسيطرتها على غالب الجهة الغربية من المدينة حيث تمكنت من التقدم إلى داخل حي الدرعية والسيطرة على المساكن فيه الّا أن داعش يبدو أنه اتخذ قراره بالمقاومة خاصة بعد أن قام بتعيين “ابو حمزة الامريكي” قائدا عسكريا لمعركة الوجود له في الرقة، وذلك جاء كرسالة واضحة بأنه لن يخرج دون تحويل المدينة إلى موصل ثانية.

ومع عمليات الكر والفر الذي تشهده أحياء الرقة فليس هناك اي مراعاة لدماء المدنيين من قصف عنيف جدا واتباع التحالف لسياسة الارض المحروقة بكل ماتعنية الكلمة من معنى، وسط مأساة الأهالي التي يدركها العالم أجمع وباتت معلنة، المشفى الوحيد الذي يعمل لخدمة المدنيين هو المشفى الوطني الذي يعاني نقصاً حاداً في الادوية وكوادر الأطباء والممرضين نتيجة نقل المعدات الطبية وإجبار بعض الاطباء للعمل في مشافي التنظيم الميدانية الخاصة به.

الجدير بالذكر بأن العديد من الأهالي رفضوا الخروج من المدينة خوفا على ممتلكاتهم من عناصر داعش او قسد على حد سواء كما أن معاملة ميليشيا قسد للأهالي الفارين من الجحيم لا تسر من اذلال وممارسات واعتقال للشباب إضافة لخطورة الخروج بسبب رصد قناصة داعش لخطوط الإشتباك التي تمثل الممر الوحيد للمدنيين وتعرض تلك النقاط لوابل من القذائف وملاحقة واعتقال من يحاول وتظهر عليه بوادر الخروج من قبل الأمنيين الذين لايزالوا يطبقون قبضتهم على المدينة المنكوبة.
